Main application:

 This line consists of forming, filling and heat sealing. It can finish procedures such as film feeding, printing, film transfer, port coordinating, port preheating, loose the roll, forming, welding, cooling, outline cutting, bag transfer and displacement, leak hunting, filling and charging, cap coordinating, heat sealing, bag outputting and etc. It can also be connected with other auxiliary equipment as a whole compact line. It is suitable for 100-1000ml infusion bag production in pharmaceutical factories.

Characteristic:

1. This line adopts linear disposal, is convenient for observation, operating, testing and maintaining. This line joints forming, filling and sealing together, doesnt need any manpower procedure, avoids secondary pollution.

2. It has good applicability, is suitable for 100-1000ml infusion bag production. Few size parts needed to replace when changing specification.

3. It adopts design of no medium waste structure, which can improve using rate of membrane, and reduce production costs.

4. It adopts site bus, communication method of transmitting signal by fiber, guarantees quick and exact transmission of each control signal and reliability of electric control.

5. Printing cylinder, forming cylinder and the connection parts adopt floating joints to connect, which can reduce effectively influence caused by manufacturing and assembling error, extend using life of cylinder.

6. Mould material adopt aviation aluminum, which can make mould have more symmetrical temperature, guarantees bag forming quality.

7. It adopts high grade mass flowmeter and pneumatic diaphragm valve to fill, has advanced technical filling and accurate measurement. It also has the function of no-bag-no-filling and will not fill when meet a waste bag. Whole filling process is in close state. And pipeline connection part adopts quick changing joint, which can realize CIP/SIP conveniently.

8. It adopts valve terminal, servo system, PLC human-machine interface control, guarantees normal running of machine. It is safe and reliable, has advanced technology.
